You'll be given all the information you need to know what to do and when, and how to make the most out of the experience.

The facilities in the school are designed to provide the best service. Gear, showers, places to rinse gear and cameras, towels, sea sickness tablets, sunscreen, water, they really thought about everything needed to enjoy the during AND after a water adventure.

Kirill leads this school and he makes an immense difference, as a Molchanovs Instructor Developer, he ensures the highest quality standards not just for the school, but also for the adventure trips.

His crew follows his lead and example. They are absolutely amazing, very passionate for the ocean and its conservation, and highly trained water people.

Having been in Nusa Penida for over a decade now, they really know the good places and the right times, making the experience unique. No other tour can provide what they do.

It was an unbelievable experience I think about everyday. Kirill was an inspiring teacher, his teaching methods, calm, safe and poised personality and the fact that he really loves freediving made learning freediving easy and so fun.

My experience at Freedive Nusa has opened a door to a deeper love and appreciation of the ocean and our connection to it. Extending beyond freediving to pranayama, more confidence in my surfing, yoga and power of the mind. This course is for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and the human body. Course is very comprehensive (good mix of theory with lots of practice), instructors (Kirill & Tim) very professional & knowledgeable and always happy to give feedback & tips.
Manta trip brought us to very different spots, all great, with mantas & healthy reefs (Nusa Penida reefs were better than expected, compared to other spots around Bali & Lombok).

They were very responsive and helpful even though there was a high chance that I might not have taken up the course.

I am glad I did. Heiko was very patient and helpful. He was very willing to share his knowledge and tons of experience. He explains the physiology and concepts using pictures and demonstrations so it is easier to understand.

I felt very safe and relaxed with him as an instructor in the open water hence I was able to focus fully on learning. He has helped me achieved all the objectives I set on the first day before I started the course.

Not forgetting Artur who was so kind to offer me a ride to the harbour for the manta trip in the early morning. He was the level 2 instructor to other students.

The instructors were amazing. I had a wonderful experience with the school and would highly recommend them if anyone wants to learn freediving. read less

Emily made us very comfortable trying something new and it was amazing how much we learned and picked up in just two and a half days!
