it was an amazing experience! we swam with manta rays and i will never forget it. the boat driver did... подробнееit was an amazing experience! we swam with manta rays and i will never forget it. the boat driver did everything so that we could enjoy the trip. our instructor was always next to us in the water and i felt safe! the equipment was new and clean. the wetsuit really helped me remember this trip as comfortable. we saw the most beautiful places and enjoyed the underwater world. i highly recommend taking a mini freediving course at this school the day before manta point. we did exactly that! it helped us so much in this unique experience. this mini course was a revelation for us. our instructor masha helped us master the basic level of freediving. my boyfriend was afraid of water, and by the end of the lesson he was already diving upside down 5 meters! it was an amazing experience! thanks to your school! скрыть

The moment I saw our friends freediving happily, I knew I wanted to feel as calm and free under water, as they did.
So I took the course and I am more than happy. Now I can hold my breath without panic nor discomfort, whilst studying the wonderful underwater world. And I've never been so relaxed and happy in the water before.
My gratitude to the instructors is immeasurable. That was a breathtaking experience. I felt confident and safe during the whole process.
School is well equipped and cosy, situated close to the beach and nice cafes for the lunch break. There's a plenty of accomodation options around.
Not to mention the surroundings are truly beautiful. Home reef with a huge variety of fishes, turtles and other creatures. Endless opportunities to explore the deep blue. скрыть

I am glad that fate brought me together with the guys. A very comfortable place, everything is thought out, there are classes and a pool and all the necessary equipment and gear. Very knowledgeable and helpful instructors and just generally has a great vibe. Kirill has put together a really lovely school and we can't wait to visit again!

For the line training days, we met at the Freedive Nusa school, a beautiful dive school with all the necessary amenities, got kitted up with any gear we needed and headed across the road and onto the beach. Here the boat was waiting to take us out to enjoy a lovely line training session in the clear blue water.
This is great for a wide variety of levels as there is lots of depth if you want it (we dropped our line to 50m at one point and still weren't on the bottom), and the visibility in the water is about 30m plus. The water was about 26 degrees when we were there (end of July) so a thin suit made it super comfortable. After the session, time permitting, we went for a little drift dive along the reef which was teaming with life, including turtles, anemones and more. скрыть

I had just spent 2 days there to learn freediving level 1, and I'm so grateful that I had spent such an amazing with. I do surf a bit, but when it comes to underwater experience, I'm a very nervous person. And for me to be able to stay in water, feel safe and protected, it means this school is REALLY GREAT :))) On the 3rd day, we went on a manta tour... seeing such huge creatures calmly swimming just below us... is something I had never experienced. Also the snorkeling spot we visited was... beautiful, fascinating, it's a place you should visit with a tour operator (I imagine road access is not there, also with current and knowledge of sea, it's safe to go with Freedive Nusa :))) So thank you Tim for taking us there. The course was a challenging but rewarding experience & the whole lead up, communication and course material emails were thorough and clear.
The whole team make you feel welcome, also shout out to Sabli & Ibra for your support and work too!
I was able to borrow all gear, it was well organised, I stayed just an 8minute walk away and the boat was literally across the road from the centre, plenty of places to eat near by.

После того, как я несколько раз в жизни тонула, выработался мощный страх воды, всякой воды, даже лужи, через которую проезжаешь на машине, на паническом уровне боязнь воды трансформировалась в любовь к воде, благодаря freedive Nusa! Мы не ставили цифр и результатов, Кирилл и Яна меня бережно знакомили с водой и развеивали мифы моего беспокойного ума! За что я им безумно благодарна, они показали, что можно жить другую жизнь, без страха и ограничений! Перед мной открылась новая жизнь, новые возможности, круизные путешествия на лайнерах и яхтах, Теперь я погружаюсь на 26 метров на одном вдохе, и могу задерживать дыхание на 4 минуты, благодаря инструкторам, которые делают своё дело с любовью! У них в школе я чувствовала себя как дома, будто они мои родители мягко и плавно помогают и поддерживают с заботой и чуткостью к прошлым негативным опытам , ведут к новой свободной жизни! Рекомендую перед погружениями взять сессию массажа ватсу в бассейне, это меня очень сильно подготовило ментально и физически , сняло блоки и расслабило! скрыть
