Friendly atmosphere, a lot of care about your health such as: hot ginger tea after each session in the ocean, rinse your nose, inhalation, breath work and etc. A lot of my friends already completed the course and recommended to me. And I having exclusively positive emotions and didn't regret about the decision. I do surfing and the knowledge what I get is really open my eyes! I was trained by incredible instructor Yana, with her I did my first 20m in my life without experience before! Absolutely recommend this freediving school! read less

Just wanted to thank from a bottom of my heart for a great training on the line, priceless advice and looking after me during fun dives. mainly thanks to Kirill's knowledge and ability to trouble shoot and advise in a comfortable understandable relaxed manner did progress in my skill level which makes me very happy.
Morning Yoga and specific to freediving stretching was great in the mornings.
Also trip was planed in a such a way that we have managed to see beautiful locations and amazing underwater world of Raja Ampat which left me with life long memories.

More than just a school, we really felt like we found a small family on Nusa Penida. Kirill, Artur, Emily and Heiko are great and welcoming people, and create an awesome atmosphere at Freedive Nusa, which just makes you want to hang out, and gravitate around the school. In addition to that, they also are amazing and experienced instructors, which made us perform beyond our expectations, without it ever feeling unsafe, pushed, or rushed. The training was about understanding / listening to our bodies, whilst having (a lot of) fun. Seriously, a big thank you to you all! We kept up the training, and will be back soon!! read less

Highly professional and student-oriented instructor's work. Ecologically responsible organization that empowers the cleaning initiative "Trash heroe" and makes this idea popular among the locals. Enjoyed. I've been in Nusa few times, and I am happy that finally there is such a special a freediving school there. Am amazed by the level of expertise this school maintains and how they cater to the specific needs of every participant. my instructor was Artur who was extremely professional yet personal troughout the course and he really focussed on the parts I needed training in. My recent Manta Trip with Freedive Nusa was nothing short of amazing. The trip itself was a dream come true. We were fortunate enough to see over 20 mantas, and it was truly a mesmerizing sight. Our guide, Ray, was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The equipment provided was top-notch, and the freedive center itself was stunning.
