My recent Manta Trip with Freedive Nusa was nothing short of amazing. The trip itself was a dream come true. We were fortunate enough to see over 20 mantas, and it was truly a mesmerizing sight. Our guide, Ray, was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The equipment provided was top-notch, and the freedive center itself was stunning. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's definitely deserving of 5 stars! Thank you to the entire team for making this trip unforgettable. Ich habe bei Heiko meinen Freediving Level 2 Kurs über drei volle Tage gemacht. Er weiß definitiv was er tut und wie er den interessanten Stoff ansehnlich vermitteln kann. Der Kurs war sehr vielseitig und ich konnte viele Sachen ausprobieren, wobei Safety steht’s im Vordergrund stand. Ich konnte mich stets steigern und so mit einem guten Gefühl Nusa Penida verlassen.
Wir haben die Sessions stets mit einem Riff-Tauchgang beendet.
Der organisierte Manta-Trip war atemberaubend. Es waren Schwärme von Giant-Mantas zu sehen und gegen Ende ist Heiko mit uns erfahrenden Freedivern noch in eine Höhle getaucht.

I personally recommend it to all freediving lovers who seek good focus, less partying island, delicious food and stunning nature environments! I did my level 3 SSI and Wave 3 Molchanov, master program and instructor courses and ever since I left I didn't stop missing the place. I had taken a free diving course nearly 5 years prior and decided to refresh my skills. The shop gave me a great rate for a private course with Yana and the experience exceeded all of my expectations. She was able to quickly determine my knowledge and skill level and tailored my education to maximize learning. She was able to break down very complicated subjects (physiology, Frenzel, etc) in an easy-to-understand way. She seemed to know my limits better than I knew myself - she (safely) pushed me both in the pool and open water sessions to new PRs. I loved the breathing exercises and yoga before the water sessions; I felt totally relaxed and ready to perform at my best. Although I worked specifically with Yana, I observed several of the other instructors and they were all clearly passionate about freediving and took very good care of their students. Absolutely loved using the freediving skills I just learned to snorkel the reef after our sessions. Overall, I left the class not only with new skills but a new outlook on how to enjoy the ocean. Most importantly, I always felt safe which is a big mental barrier for novices like myself. The shop was professional and perfectly located. Highly recommend the offered photo session at the end of the class - I loved the photos! Not that numbers matter but I was able to comfortably reach 20m by the end of the class which was a personal goal I had set. read less

Am amazed by the level of expertise this school maintains and how they cater to the specific needs of every participant. my instructor was Artur who was extremely professional yet personal troughout the course and he really focussed on the parts I needed training in. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience with the team of Freedive Nusa and i Will be back for sure to resume my courses with this school. Thanks guys !! read less
