It was such a great experience with 4 open water sessions included. The water is crystal clear with visibility around 30m. Plenty of fish and coral to see in the snorkel sessions at the end of the day. Emily is a really helpful instructor who gave plenty of constructive feedback during all of the course. She is also very friendly and approachable.
I Can’t recommend this freediving school highly enough and would love to come back to do further courses in the future.

Our instructor Arthur is a really cool, young guy. All of the freediving instructors are also yoga instructors and seem friendly. The facilities are nice - even tho the pool was under construction which would’ve been nice to mention beforehand.
The course was super interesting you learn about relaxation and breathing techniques as well as safety rules. Nusa is a really nice island by the way - we were a little bit unlucky because since we came in rainy season there was a lot of plastic swimming around (which is obviously not the companies fault) but otherwise it’s a nice place to learn freediving.
In general my freediving course was more difficult than for example my scuba diving course - while failing your scuba diving course is not really common failing your freediving course can happen so you might want to plan 1 day extra just in case you don’t pass in the 2 days of training (happend to a woman in our group).
We also attended a manta Ray trip the day after and I really recommend it. We saw many mantas and they came so close, I had to move out of the way because I didn’t want to touch them. A really unique experience! The group was cool - a mix between real professionals and total newbies.
All in all we really enjoyed our time there and recommend the place :) read less

I'd actually done this certification before at a world renowned school in Central America but I decided to do it again as I have issues with equalisation. I got so much more out of this course taught by our amazing instructor Heiko. We got two full days of training in which we covered so much including 4 practical sessions, 2 in the pool and 2 in the open water. I loved getting to practice things I was never shown on my first course, like a static breath hold and an introduction to the dynamic discipline. Heiko was extremely knowledgable, patient and supportive. I really felt like we each got such a tailored training. He treated us each as individuals and adjusted the training to our needs and abilities. It really helped us get the most out of every dive and have the best experience. They were very responsive and helpful even though there was a high chance that I might not have taken up the course.

I am glad I did. Heiko was very patient and helpful. He was very willing to share his knowledge and tons of experience. He explains the physiology and concepts using pictures and demonstrations so it is easier to understand.

I felt very safe and relaxed with him as an instructor in the open water hence I was able to focus fully on learning. He has helped me achieved all the objectives I set on the first day before I started the course.

Not forgetting Artur who was so kind to offer me a ride to the harbour for the manta trip in the early morning. He was the level 2 instructor to other students.

The instructors were amazing. I had a wonderful experience with the school and would highly recommend them if anyone wants to learn freediving. read less

Highly professional and student-oriented instructor's work. Ecologically responsible organization that empowers the cleaning initiative "Trash heroe" and makes this idea popular among the locals. Enjoyed. I've been in Nusa few times, and I am happy that finally there is such a special a freediving school there. And good luck for everyone who will have the chance to meet the manta-rays! read less
