They are incredible at every single step of organising beautiful experiences during each day of our trip. The itinerary was planned very well, we saw the best places (even those that other tours don’t take you) and had time to rest in between. The food was fantastic on the boat.

I didn’t train after Wave 1 course, but it was very easy for me to complete Wave 2 course due to the team providing me support on each step, setting me up for success with clear guidance and constantly providing feedback how to improve my performance.

If I continue my free diving training, I will definitely be back to this school as they are truly unique and care for all their students. There are no better place in Indonesia to learn free diving or enhance your shills. read less

Set in the beautiful tropical paradise of Nusa Penida, the school's location is perfect for diving. (And relaxing before, during and afterwards)

The team at Freedive Nusa is professional, caring, and nurturing. They made me feel supported from day one, helping me gain confidence and improve my skills with their expert guidance and personalized feedback.

Diving in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by vibrant marine life was incredible. The combination of top-notch training and the stunning environment made my time at Freedive Nusa unforgettable. If you want to learn or advance your freediving in a gorgeous setting, this is the place to go.

Leaving today will be tough, but I know where I will return if I am back in this area, for further training, courses or fun dives.

Но, по факту - полтора месяца и это превзошло все мои ожидания - йога, покатушки на катере, путешествия по острову, дружеские ужины, совместные активности, сап-борд, много разговоров и новых эмоций, новые знакомства которые стали друзьями.. ну и разумеется еще и само обучение в Freedive Nusa...

I'd actually done this certification before at a world renowned school in Central America but I decided to do it again as I have issues with equalisation. I got so much more out of this course taught by our amazing instructor Heiko. We got two full days of training in which we covered so much including 4 practical sessions, 2 in the pool and 2 in the open water. I loved getting to practice things I was never shown on my first course, like a static breath hold and an introduction to the dynamic discipline. Heiko was extremely knowledgable, patient and supportive. I really felt like we each got such a tailored training. He treated us each as individuals and adjusted the training to our needs and abilities. It really helped us get the most out of every dive and have the best experience. It is like going home that is so familiar. For many years it was my dream to learn how to freedive. Yeah, I knew how to go underwater, but I didn't know how to do this right actually. So the 2 hour lesson at Nusa Dua Freedive School that I had with Heiko was really useful for me. It gave me introduction into the world of freedivers. During the whole lesson it was easy and very interesting to obtain information. Illustrative examples of my teacher made it easier to learn and to understand what to do in this or that cases.
I want to express my gratitude to my instructor Heiko Franken. Thanks to you now I know what I have to do to dive very deep. How to inhale and exhale. And what I don't have to do. Thank you for your support. And thank you for letting me dive for 14 meters. It was very pleasant and important for me to hear that I'm so natural in water. Emily made us very comfortable trying something new and it was amazing how much we learned and picked up in just two and a half days!
