I did Level 1 and I had so much fun. Was my first time ever doing freedive. I was super nervous because i have no idea about freedive. But the teaching by Kirill, the owner and instructor, was informative, engaging and fun. I think the most important thing is that all of the sessions with him in the water was super safe and professional. I feel ready and safe 100% all the time when we practice together in the deep ocean (even with Nusa Penida infamous strong current) since day 1. Absolutely no pressure to go deep or make me do anything i'm not ready for. At the same time, my abilities were gently extended and I definitely grew more confidence in the water than before. So go to Nusa Penida and do the freedive course with them! Easy access from Bali island, it is your best option other than taking any freedive course in Gili nor Amed. The island itself is simply chillax, not super touristy like other destinations. Highly recommended! Find out what freediving is all about with Kirill - Freedive Nusa. You won't regret it.

I did my level 3 SSI and Wave 3 Molchanov, master program and instructor courses and ever since I left I didn't stop missing the place. It was a great experience. My instructor Kiril clearly has extensive experience in both the practice and teaching of free diving. While teaching the basics, Kiril gave me deep appreciation of how my practices of yoga and meditation can converge in helping my body and mind to be calm, relaxed, and agile in free diving. I always felt very safe and well guided, despite of variable weather and water conditions throughout the course exercises in the ocean. So, I wanted a professional and safe freediving school for my Level 1 course, but also with a cool and chilled vibe, and that is exactly what I got!

Emily was my instructor, and I really recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and enthusiastic. She guided me throughout all areas in a calm and reassuring way. I went from holding my breath from 1min to then 3min40 in the same afternoon, after her clear and reassuring explanations and demonstrations. In the water, even though I had issues equalising and getting deeper, so she tailored the sessions to suit my needs and to get the best outcome of each session and ultimately the course.

I am extremely happy to have done this course in this school, and with Emily's help. This very different experience has already helped me on my scuba diving air consumption, which has dramatically decreased!:)

Can only recommend this school to you if you are looking for a professional, safe but also chilled freediving experience! read less

Но, по факту - полтора месяца и это превзошло все мои ожидания - йога, покатушки на катере, путешествия по острову, дружеские ужины, совместные активности, сап-борд, много разговоров и новых эмоций, новые знакомства которые стали друзьями.. ну и разумеется еще и само обучение в Freedive Nusa...
