My recent Manta Trip with Freedive Nusa was nothing short of amazing. The trip itself was a dream come true. We were fortunate enough to see over 20 mantas, and it was truly a mesmerizing sight. Our guide, Ray, was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The equipment provided was top-notch, and the freedive center itself was stunning. It is like going home that is so familiar. For many years it was my dream to learn how to freedive. Yeah, I knew how to go underwater, but I didn't know how to do this right actually. So the 2 hour lesson at Nusa Dua Freedive School that I had with Heiko was really useful for me. It gave me introduction into the world of freedivers. During the whole lesson it was easy and very interesting to obtain information. Illustrative examples of my teacher made it easier to learn and to understand what to do in this or that cases.
I want to express my gratitude to my instructor Heiko Franken. Thanks to you now I know what I have to do to dive very deep. How to inhale and exhale. And what I don't have to do. Thank you for your support. And thank you for letting me dive for 14 meters. It was very pleasant and important for me to hear that I'm so natural in water. I personally recommend it to all freediving lovers who seek good focus, less partying island, delicious food and stunning nature environments! I did my level 3 SSI and Wave 3 Molchanov, master program and instructor courses and ever since I left I didn't stop missing the place. I decided to join to the course because of... read moreAbsolutly incredible experience for me! It was my first time diving. I decided to join to the course because of surfing - you need to hold breath and keep calm under water. But the course opened for me new world that you could see in National Geographic. Especially for the first experiense you need a good teacher for getting knowledge and support all the time. We had the best one! The group was small (only 4 persons) and it's the best way to to get new skill and practise over the control of the couch.
And of cause during diving you work with your body control, with your mental problems or fears. Diving for me became one of the way to understand yourself and your body.
