Course is very comprehensive (good mix of theory with lots of practice), instructors (Kirill & Tim) very professional & knowledgeable and always happy to give feedback & tips.
Manta trip brought us to very different spots, all great, with mantas & healthy reefs (Nusa Penida reefs were better than expected, compared to other spots around Bali & Lombok).
Overall everything was well organised, easy going & super enjoyable! read less

Kirill kennt die besten Spots auf der ganzen Insel und die Schule ist nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Der Unterricht ist auch super, alles wird verständlich und nachvollziehbar erklärt und gezeigt.

Highly professional and student-oriented instructor's work. Ecologically responsible organization that empowers the cleaning initiative "Trash heroe" and makes this idea popular among the locals. It is like going home that is so familiar. For many years it was my dream to learn how to freedive. Yeah, I knew how to go underwater, but I didn't know how to do this right actually. So the 2 hour lesson at Nusa Dua Freedive School that I had with Heiko was really useful for me. It gave me introduction into the world of freedivers. During the whole lesson it was easy and very interesting to obtain information. Illustrative examples of my teacher made it easier to learn and to understand what to do in this or that cases.
I want to express my gratitude to my instructor Heiko Franken. Thanks to you now I know what I have to do to dive very deep. How to inhale and exhale. And what I don't have to do. Thank you for your support. And thank you for letting me dive for 14 meters. It was very pleasant and important for me to hear that I'm so natural in water. The guides did a nice job of keeping us organized and away from the crowds while being able to see lots of mantas. We now love the spot and considering the full course upon return. read less
