Artur was very knowledgeable, accommodating (as my wife was experiencing equalisation issues) and professional. As a result, we both significantly improved our freediving skills and learned lots of new very useful tricks and routines. It was great pleasure for everyone in the course spending couple of days together with Artur.
I can highly recommend Artur and Freedive Nusa team to anyone from beginners to experienced freedivers. Will definitely be back for Level 2!

He was so kind, patient and encouraging. Nothing was a problem. I now feel far more confident underwater. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to do it. But with Artur’s support, the impossible was attainable. Pretty rough ride to Manta Point (choppy waters!
Recommend medicating to prevent seasickness.

There are a lot of boats and a lot of people in the water. If you stay in the crowd, it's chaos! Pretty much guaranteed to get kicked in the face.

We swam away from the crowd, stayed at the edge (entrance/exit) and saw so many Manta rays!!
Guessing around 50...!!! Stopped counting after 20. 👏👏👏

Majestic, beautiful creatures.
Definitely recommend.

The waters are choppy and chilly.
So be prepared.
And enjoy the show!

I'd actually done this certification before at a world renowned school in Central America but I decided to do it again as I have issues with equalisation. I got so much more out of this course taught by our amazing instructor Heiko. We got two full days of training in which we covered so much including 4 practical sessions, 2 in the pool and 2 in the open water. I loved getting to practice things I was never shown on my first course, like a static breath hold and an introduction to the dynamic discipline. Heiko was extremely knowledgable, patient and supportive. I really felt like we each got such a tailored training. He treated us each as individuals and adjusted the training to our needs and abilities. It really helped us get the most out of every dive and have the best experience. Just wanted to thank from a bottom of my heart for a great training on the line, priceless advice and looking after me during fun dives. mainly thanks to Kirill's knowledge and ability to trouble shoot and advise in a comfortable understandable relaxed manner did progress in my skill level which makes me very happy.
Morning Yoga and specific to freediving stretching was great in the mornings.
Also trip was planed in a such a way that we have managed to see beautiful locations and amazing underwater world of Raja Ampat which left me with life long memories.

They took care a lot about my studying process and my state as well, answered to all my questions and were really hospitable. Very good skill to explain complicated things in a very easy way. I felt myself in safety during the deep session despite the fear of depth (which almost disappear after the course). Equipment was in a good condition, guys have lots of small and important things which make the freediver's life easier. read less

So, I wanted a professional and safe freediving school for my Level 1 course, but also with a cool and chilled vibe, and that is exactly what I got!

Emily was my instructor, and I really recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and enthusiastic. She guided me throughout all areas in a calm and reassuring way. I went from holding my breath from 1min to then 3min40 in the same afternoon, after her clear and reassuring explanations and demonstrations. In the water, even though I had issues equalising and getting deeper, so she tailored the sessions to suit my needs and to get the best outcome of each session and ultimately the course.

I am extremely happy to have done this course in this school, and with Emily's help. This very different experience has already helped me on my scuba diving air consumption, which has dramatically decreased!:)

Can only recommend this school to you if you are looking for a professional, safe but also chilled freediving experience! read less

They were very responsive... read moreI have been communicating with them over Facebook before I decided to take up the course. They were very responsive and helpful even though there was a high chance that I might not have taken up the course.

I am glad I did. Heiko was very patient and helpful. He was very willing to share his knowledge and tons of experience. He explains the physiology and concepts using pictures and demonstrations so it is easier to understand.

I felt very safe and relaxed with him as an instructor in the open water hence I was able to focus fully on learning. He has helped me achieved all the objectives I set on the first day before I started the course.

Not forgetting Artur who was so kind to offer me a ride to the harbour for the manta trip in the early morning. He was the level 2 instructor to other students.

The instructors were amazing. I had a wonderful experience with the school and would highly recommend them if anyone wants to learn freediving. read less
