The moment I saw our friends freediving happily, I knew I wanted to feel as calm and free under water, as they did.
So I took the course and I am more than happy. Now I can hold my breath without panic nor discomfort, whilst studying the wonderful underwater world. And I've never been so relaxed and happy in the water before.
My gratitude to the instructors is immeasurable. That was a breathtaking experience. I felt confident and safe during the whole process.
School is well equipped and cosy, situated close to the beach and nice cafes for the lunch break. There's a plenty of accomodation options around.
Not to mention the surroundings are truly beautiful. Home reef with a huge variety of fishes, turtles and other creatures. Endless opportunities to explore the deep blue. read less

More than just a school, we really felt like we found a small family on Nusa Penida. Kirill, Artur, Emily and Heiko are great and welcoming people, and create an awesome atmosphere at Freedive Nusa, which just makes you want to hang out, and gravitate around the school. In addition to that, they also are amazing and experienced instructors, which made us perform beyond our expectations, without it ever feeling unsafe, pushed, or rushed. They took care a lot about my studying process and my state as well, answered to all my questions and were really hospitable. Very good skill to explain complicated things in a very easy way. I felt myself in safety during the deep session despite the fear of depth (which almost disappear after the course). Equipment was in a good condition, guys have lots of small and important things which make the freediver's life easier. read less
