It was such a great experience with 4 open water sessions included. The water is crystal clear with visibility around 30m. Plenty of fish and coral to see in the snorkel sessions at the end of the day. Emily is a really helpful instructor who gave plenty of constructive feedback during all of the course. She is also very friendly and approachable.
I Can’t recommend this freediving school highly enough and would love to come back to do further courses in the future.

They were very responsive and helpful even though there was a high chance that I might not have taken up the course.
I am glad I did. Heiko was very patient and helpful. He was very willing to share his knowledge and tons of experience. He explains the physiology and concepts using pictures and demonstrations so it is easier to understand.
I felt very safe and relaxed with him as an instructor in the open water hence I was able to focus fully on learning. He has helped me achieved all the objectives I set on the first day before I started the course.
Not forgetting Artur who was so kind to offer me a ride to the harbour for the manta trip in the early morning. He was the level 2 instructor to other students.
The instructors were amazing. I had a wonderful experience with the school and would highly recommend them if anyone wants to learn freediving. read less

Friendly atmosphere, a lot of care about your health such as: hot ginger tea after each session in the ocean, rinse your nose, inhalation, breath work and etc. A lot of my friends already completed the course and recommended to me. And I having exclusively positive emotions and didn't regret about the decision. I do surfing and the knowledge what I get is really open my eyes! I did Level 1 and I had so much fun. Was my first time ever doing freedive. I was super nervous because i have no idea about freedive. But the teaching by Kirill, the owner and instructor, was informative, engaging and fun. I think the most important thing is that all of the sessions with him in the water was super safe and professional. I feel ready and safe 100% all the time when we practice together in the deep ocean (even with Nusa Penida infamous strong current) since day 1. Absolutely no pressure to go deep or make me do anything i'm not ready for. At the same time, my abilities were gently extended and I definitely grew more confidence in the water than before. So go to Nusa Penida and do the freedive course with them! Easy access from Bali island, it is your best option other than taking any freedive course in Gili nor Amed. The island itself is simply chillax, not super touristy like other destinations. Highly recommended! Find out what freediving is all about with Kirill - Freedive Nusa. You won't regret it.
