Our guide, Ray, was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The equipment provided was top-notch, and the freedive center itself was stunning. It was a great experience. My instructor Kiril clearly has extensive experience in both the practice and teaching of free diving. While teaching the basics, Kiril gave me deep appreciation of how my practices of yoga and meditation can converge in helping my body and mind to be calm, relaxed, and agile in free diving. I always felt very safe and well guided, despite of variable weather and water conditions throughout the course exercises in the ocean. The instructors really want you to be successful and give a lot of helpful advice that I wasn’t able to get in on own. I definitely will be returning to Freedive Nusa when back on Nusa Penida to continue to improve my technique read less

I spend almost 3 weeks to complete the funniest, intense and craziest Instructor course ever! I had the chance to do it with Kirill 🙂 and I had 2 others unforgettable buddies ( Lin and Vera).
We start as colleague and we finished the course as a family ! Thank you for everything !
Location: The set up at Freedive Nusa is just perfect. Open rooms, clean equipments, swimming pool. The location is excellent for all the lazy person like me, just across the road from the sea (less than 1min).
Hotel and restaurant: nearby (in 4 minutes you are at Penida Colada the best spot ever to eat and read your course)
Course: Instructor extremely professional and knowledgeable about Freediving. Theory and practice are done in a logical manner. The teaching ambiance is just Unique !
Bonus: After each Open-water session, you have the chance to end the session with time to dive on the house reef which is just magical. I see 2 turtle and incredible marine life there. The color are beautiful.
BONUS2: They organize TRIPS around Bali at Raj Ampat, Komodo and more !
