Programs with accommodation
Taste of Nusa Penida
First experience of freediving, exploring Nusa Penida, and diving with Manta Rays. In case of cancellation of the Manta trip, it will be replaced with a coaching session.

Lazy Week

From Zero to Hero
Complete 6 weeks of immersion into freediving from newbie until semi-professional level. This course includes all student courses, a personal training program, everyday diving, yoga, dry training, fitness, First Aid Course, etc. This is a chance to explore freediving from all sides and be prepared for the instructor course.
