я летала с мантами, видела дюгонь, акул, черепах, множества чудесных ,любопытных рыб, рифы, затем "драконов", оленей... а ночью на подводной нырялке я была феей Динь-динь со светящимся планктоном... у меня всё)))

Это мечта и она реальна, все реально!

Закаты и рассветы, йога, пляжи с песком от черного до розового, чудесный профессиональный фотограф, самое вкусное питание, что я ела в Индонезии))), восходящие потоки, ночной переход и блок-флейта Яна, снеки с Нутелой от Феликса и Артема, чайные церемонии Кирилла и Николая, "я люблю тебя" от Ню Ню, бирюзово- бездонные глаза ее Алекса, потрясные подводные фото Хайко, лёгкость и погружения в миры девчонок Зои и Вероники. Это все останется со мной навсегда ведь счастье в состоянии БЫТЬ, а не иметь!

Кирилл, тот человек, чья уверенность в любом действии вселяет спокойствие, это то что необходимо.
Техничность, порядок, схема мне инженеру очень помогла в погружении.

P.s. два слова о спутниках. Случайных людей в таких путешествиях не бывает, все из "твоей стаи" и это ощущение великолепно.

My teacher was super patient, very knowledgeable and helped me push my limits without feeling any pressure. Chiara quickly saw that I would mentally block myself, she really talked and showed me through it.
Also, the owner was super accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable when on our manta trip and went out of his way to make sure we saw mantas. Would definitely recommend doing your freediving here and/or booking trips with them :) read less

I'd actually done this certification before at a world renowned school in Central America but I decided to do it again as I have issues with equalisation. I got so much more out of this course taught by our amazing instructor Heiko. We got two full days of training in which we covered so much including 4 practical sessions, 2 in the pool and 2 in the open water. I loved getting to practice things I was never shown on my first course, like a static breath hold and an introduction to the dynamic discipline. Heiko was extremely knowledgable, patient and supportive. I really felt like we each got such a tailored training. He treated us each as individuals and adjusted the training to our needs and abilities. It really helped us get the most out of every dive and have the best experience. I want to thank for the bottom of my heart All the team FreediveNusa for the amazing experience and knowledge I received.
I spend almost 3 weeks to complete the funniest, intense and craziest Instructor course ever! I had the chance to do it with Kirill :) and I had 2 others unforgettable buddies ( Lin and Vera).

We start as colleague and we finished the course as a family ! Thank you for everything !

Location: The set up at Freedive Nusa is just perfect. Open rooms, clean equipments, swimming pool. The location is excellent for all the lazy person like me, just across the road from the sea (less than 1min).
Hotel and restaurant: nearby (in 4 minutes you are at Penida Colada the best spot ever to eat and read your course)
Course: Instructor extremely professional and knowledgeable about Freediving. Theory and practice are done in a logical manner. The teaching ambiance is just Unique !
Bonus: After each Open-water session, you have the chance to end the session with time to dive on the house reef which is just magical. I see 2 turtle and incredible marine life there. The color are beautiful.

BONUS2: They organize TRIPS around Bali at Raj Ampat, Komodo and more !

It was a great experience. My instructor Kiril clearly has extensive experience in both the practice and teaching of free diving. While teaching the basics, Kiril gave me deep appreciation of how my practices of yoga and meditation can converge in helping my body and mind to be calm, relaxed, and agile in free diving. I always felt very safe and well guided, despite of variable weather and water conditions throughout the course exercises in the ocean. In addition, Kiril and his partner Yana have very nice energy. read less

Having little to none freediving experience, me and my wife feel very fortunate to have come accross Freedive Nusa, where... read moreHaving little to none freediving experience, me and my wife feel very fortunate to have come accross Freedive Nusa, where Artur, our instructor, took us through Level 1 course. Artur was very knowledgeable, accommodating (as my wife was experiencing equalisation issues) and professional. As a result, we both significantly improved our freediving skills and learned lots of new very useful tricks and routines. It was great pleasure for everyone in the course spending couple of days together with Artur.
I can highly recommend Artur and Freedive Nusa team to anyone from beginners to experienced freedivers. Will definitely be back for Level 2!
