We did a bit of dry practicing and then open-water dive after which I got my answers. I was guided by Kirill who is knowledgeable and quickly understands the reasons of the issue. On returning back we did some analysis and I got recommendations and exercises. That was a really professional approach so I recommend anybody to do training with these guys. Just wanted to thank from a bottom of my heart for a great training on the line, priceless advice and looking after me during fun dives. mainly thanks to Kirill's knowledge and ability to trouble shoot and advise in a comfortable understandable relaxed manner did progress in my skill level which makes me very happy.
Morning Yoga and specific to freediving stretching was great in the mornings.
Also trip was planed in a such a way that we have managed to see beautiful locations and amazing underwater world of Raja Ampat which left me with life long memories.

They took care a lot about my studying process and my state as well, answered to all my questions and were really hospitable. Very good skill to explain complicated things in a very easy way. I felt myself in safety during the deep session despite the fear of depth (which almost disappear after the course). Equipment was in a good condition, guys have lots of small and important things which make the freediver's life easier. read less

More than just a school, we really felt like we found a small family on Nusa Penida. Kirill, Artur, Emily and Heiko are great and welcoming people, and create an awesome atmosphere at Freedive Nusa, which just makes you want to hang out, and gravitate around the school. In addition to that, they also are amazing and experienced instructors, which made us perform beyond our expectations, without it ever feeling unsafe, pushed, or rushed. The training was about understanding / listening to our bodies, whilst having (a lot of) fun. Seriously, a big thank you to you all! We kept up the training, and will be back soon!! read less

I can honestly say that diving with Kirill and his friends has been the most enjoyable and most rewarding diving i have ever done. So, I wanted a professional and safe freediving school for my Level 1 course, but also with a cool and chilled vibe, and that is exactly what I got!

Emily was my instructor, and I really recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and enthusiastic. She guided me throughout all areas in a calm and reassuring way. I went from holding my breath from 1min to then 3min40 in the same afternoon, after her clear and reassuring explanations and demonstrations. In the water, even though I had issues equalising and getting deeper, so she tailored the sessions to suit my needs and to get the best outcome of each session and ultimately the course.

I am extremely happy to have done this course in this school, and with Emily's help. This very different experience has already helped me on my scuba diving air consumption, which has dramatically decreased!:)

Can only recommend this school to you if you are looking for a professional, safe but also chilled freediving experience! read less

Ich habe bei Heiko meinen Freediving Level 2 Kurs über drei volle Tage gemacht. Er weiß definitiv was er tut und wie er den interessanten Stoff ansehnlich vermitteln kann. Der Kurs war sehr vielseitig und ich konnte viele Sachen ausprobieren, wobei Safety steht’s im Vordergrund stand. Ich konnte mich stets steigern und so mit einem guten Gefühl Nusa Penida verlassen.
Wir haben die Sessions stets mit einem Riff-Tauchgang beendet.
Der organisierte Manta-Trip war atemberaubend. Es waren Schwärme von Giant-Mantas zu sehen und gegen Ende ist Heiko mit uns erfahrenden Freedivern noch in eine Höhle getaucht.

Nur zu empfehlen!! read less
