So, I was both anxious and excited on Day 1. Under Kirill's expert guidance, I learn to let go and be one with the water element. Freediving opened up a whole new way of moving, of connecting with the breath (or the lack of), of surrendering to the present moment. Friendly atmosphere, a lot of care about your health such as: hot ginger tea after each session in the ocean, rinse your nose, inhalation, breath work and etc. A lot of my friends already completed the course and recommended to me. And I having exclusively positive emotions and didn't regret about the decision. I do surfing and the knowledge what I get is really open my eyes! Set in the beautiful tropical paradise of Nusa Penida, the school's location is perfect for diving. (And relaxing before, during and afterwards)

The team at Freedive Nusa is professional, caring, and nurturing. They made me feel supported from day one, helping me gain confidence and improve my skills with their expert guidance and personalized feedback.

Diving in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by vibrant marine life was incredible. The combination of top-notch training and the stunning environment made my time at Freedive Nusa unforgettable. If you want to learn or advance your freediving in a gorgeous setting, this is the place to go.

Leaving today will be tough, but I know where I will return if I am back in this area, for further training, courses or fun dives.

My 13 year old son and I did the SSI Level I Freediving course with Freedive Nusa, and the team... read moreMy 13 year old son and I did the SSI Level I Freediving course with Freedive Nusa, and the team was as professional as I’ve seen. Our instructor, Heiko, and Arthur (who joined to help in some of the ocean sessions) knew their stuff and upheld the highest of standards throughout. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my son in their hands. Heiko taught us the ins and outs of freediving and balanced it with a lot of practical sessions in the ocean (that was right across the street).
Nusa Penida’s tourism has only recently picked up and consequently it has that perfect balance of just the right amount of infrastructure (restaurants, hotels/homestays, scooter rentals, etc) without all the unfortunate destruction that tourism often brings. We saw some of the most beautiful, untouched coral reefs that I’ve seen around the world.
I highly recommend anyone that’s comfortable in the water to take a couple of days to take “the next step in”, or at least join them on a day trip. Good, good stuff! read less

Kirill kennt die besten Spots auf der ganzen Insel und die Schule ist nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Der Unterricht ist auch super, alles wird verständlich und nachvollziehbar erklärt und gezeigt.

Auf jeden Fall eine Erfahrung, die man nicht verpassen sollte! read less

They are incredible at every single step of organising beautiful experiences during each day of our trip. The itinerary was planned very well, we saw the best places (even those that other tours don’t take you) and had time to rest in between. The food was fantastic on the boat.

I didn’t train after Wave 1 course, but it was very easy for me to complete Wave 2 course due to the team providing me support on each step, setting me up for success with clear guidance and constantly providing feedback how to improve my performance.

If I continue my free diving training, I will definitely be back to this school as they are truly unique and care for all their students. There are no better place in Indonesia to learn free diving or enhance your shills. read less
