I want to thank for the bottom of my heart All the team FreediveNusa for the amazing experience and knowledge I received.
I spend almost 3 weeks to complete the funniest, intense and craziest Instructor course ever! I had the chance to do it with Kirill :) and I had 2 others unforgettable buddies ( Lin and Vera).

We start as colleague and we finished the course as a family ! Thank you for everything !

Location: The set up at Freedive Nusa is just perfect. Open rooms, clean equipments, swimming pool. The location is excellent for all the lazy person like me, just across the road from the sea (less than 1min).
Hotel and restaurant: nearby (in 4 minutes you are at Penida Colada the best spot ever to eat and read your course)
Course: Instructor extremely professional and knowledgeable about Freediving. Theory and practice are done in a logical manner. The teaching ambiance is just Unique !
Bonus: After each Open-water session, you have the chance to end the session with time to dive on the house reef which is just magical. I see 2 turtle and incredible marine life there. The color are beautiful.

BONUS2: They organize TRIPS around Bali at Raj Ampat, Komodo and more !

My recent Manta Trip with Freedive Nusa was nothing short of amazing. The trip itself was a dream come true. We were fortunate enough to see over 20 mantas, and it was truly a mesmerizing sight. Our guide, Ray, was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The equipment provided was top-notch, and the freedive center itself was stunning. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's definitely deserving of 5 stars! Thank you to the entire team for making this trip unforgettable. it was an amazing experience! we swam with manta rays and i will never forget it. the boat driver did... подробнееit was an amazing experience! we swam with manta rays and i will never forget it. the boat driver did everything so that we could enjoy the trip. our instructor was always next to us in the water and i felt safe! the equipment was new and clean. the wetsuit really helped me remember this trip as comfortable. we saw the most beautiful places and enjoyed the underwater world. i highly recommend taking a mini freediving course at this school the day before manta point. we did exactly that! it helped us so much in this unique experience. this mini course was a revelation for us. our instructor masha helped us master the basic level of freediving. my boyfriend was afraid of water, and by the end of the lesson he was already diving upside down 5 meters! it was an amazing experience! thanks to your school! скрыть

А чтобы проверить, все ли ты качественно усвоил, инструктор сделает вид, что блеканулся во время твоей страховки его погружения? Спасибо за качественное обучение и незабываемые сессии погружений ??

Раньше я даже представить не могла, что погружаться на глубину (а два метра - это уже глубина для меня) может быть ЛЕГКО И С УДОВОЛЬСТВИЕМ! Было важно, что в ходе обучения разбирались как теоретическая база, так и достаточное количество практики.
Я получила большую уверенность в теле при нахождении в открытой воде! Я смогла глубже прочувствовать свое тело!
На протяжении всех дней обучения чувствовалась поддержка и забота в совершенно разных вопросах (от рекомендаций по питаю и выбора оборудования для фридайвинга, до организации досуга моих детей).
Я планирую снова поездку на Пениду и обязательно буду еще погружаться с командой школы.
За три дня из человека, который с трудом нырял в бассейне на 2 метра, я превратилась в человека, который нырнул на 17 метров с удовольствием скрыть

Но, по факту - полтора месяца и это превзошло все мои ожидания - йога, покатушки на катере, путешествия по острову, дружеские ужины, совместные активности, сап-борд, много разговоров и новых эмоций, новые знакомства которые стали друзьями.. ну и разумеется еще и само обучение в Freedive Nusa...
