Amazing organization, professional stuff, great welcome upon arrival, lockers for the belongings, good facilities at school, gave us all the equipment, mask, wetsuit, fins. We rented a go pro and filmed lots of footage, go pro rental is 350k. Safe boat trip to manta point, saw a big manta and filmed good videos. The weather conditions however were not the best, cold and big waves. Everything was well organized, and they sent us the link for downloading the videos straight away! This is a great trip for snorkeling. For improving your freediving skills I would choose something else. скрыть

As a surfer, I wanted to gain more confidence in my breathing and breath hold underwater. I took wave 1 and 2 courses with Sabli. It exceeded my expectations.

The course is well thought, progressive and gives you in depth knowledge on key techniques. I later on took equivalence courses in other schools than Molchanov but it did not match the level of quality and detail I had here.

Sabli is an amazing instructor who will encourage you and help you push your limits, yet always in safe conditions. He has a unique freediving and spearfishing experience, and will share with you his tips. He provides advice tailored to your abilities and goals, and coaches you like a true friend. He is a real mentor.

Overall, the whole freediving team at Freedive Nusa is amazing, kind and dedicated to make sure you live a unique and personal experience.

The facilities are really beautiful, and everything is made to make you feel at home, confortable and relaxed. Equipment is good quality and well maintained. They can arrange accommodation at partner homestays which are also very comfortable, convenient and intimate.

The training in the ocean is unreal : you Freedive in the Wallace lane. Water is rich with fish and visibility is incredible. The experience of freediving in the infinite blue ocean between Bali and Lombok is scary but magnificent, and in the end unforgettable.

After your training you can take a manta trip with them, with possibility to have a professional photographer to shoot you. Everything is well organized, with a briefing on safety but also on dos and donts with the mantas to ensure the trip is respectful to wildlife. This is the perfect way to end your stay : freediving alone with the mantas at 10m deep while everyone else is snorkeling at the surface is a life changing experience, and very rewarding.

we will return (perhaps with the same composition ?) as on tour))) all 7 girls from the group managed to master the technique and dive deep and correctly ? and receive level 1 certificates!

We did a bit of dry practicing and then open-water dive after which I got my answers. I was guided by Kirill who is knowledgeable and quickly understands the reasons of the issue. On returning back we did some analysis and I got recommendations and exercises. That was a really professional approach so I recommend anybody to do training with these guys.
