The instructors were very nice and helpful and after a short briefing we went to Manta Point. There we could watch a manta being cleaned at the cleaning station and then went to the house reef to dive and snorkel. We had to skip two other spots because of dangerously strong currents, but were able to stay longer at the house reef, where we saw some turtles, beautiful corals and lots of colourful fish. скрыть

I am very happy that I booked here. The course was well thought out and I learnt a lot. The instructors put a lot of emphasis on making you feel comfortable and make sure to support each participant at their own pace. The manta trip was also an incredible experience. Before the trip, we were given detailed instructions on how to behave correctly in the water with the manta rays. We were blessed with a lot if mantas at manta point and with all the things I learned during wave 1 I had a truly life changing experience.

Just wonderful experience where differents instructors shared to me such important knowledge on freediving, safety, team work, progression, state of relax mindset. Just perfect school in a beautiful place of Nusa Penida, and I easy access to swimming pool and open-water session! После того, как я несколько раз в жизни тонула, выработался мощный страх воды, всякой воды, даже лужи, через которую проезжаешь на машине, на паническом уровне боязнь воды трансформировалась в любовь к воде, благодаря freedive Nusa! Мы не ставили цифр и результатов, Кирилл и Яна меня бережно знакомили с водой и развеивали мифы моего беспокойного ума! За что я им безумно благодарна, они показали, что можно жить другую жизнь, без страха и ограничений! Перед мной открылась новая жизнь, новые возможности, круизные путешествия на лайнерах и яхтах, Теперь я погружаюсь на 26 метров на одном вдохе, и могу задерживать дыхание на 4 минуты, благодаря инструкторам, которые делают своё дело с любовью! У них в школе я чувствовала себя как дома, будто они мои родители мягко и плавно помогают и поддерживают с заботой и чуткостью к прошлым негативным опытам , ведут к новой свободной жизни! At the time of booking I... подробнееMy first proper freediving training happened at FreediveNusa under care of instructor Emily Krakoff. At the time of booking I did not know much and booked my training at FreediveNusa because it looked most freediving orientated and professional school in the region. I got very lucky because foundation and first experience is most important building your hobby or career. I have no words to describe how thankful I am to the Emily who looked after me both on the line in the sea and on land. She managed to achieve a difficult balance of pushing and supporting me hard enough to make a progress but at the same time always making sure I am safe and super happy and understanding when I was limited mentally or physically or by the technique and working to build a strong foundation for my freediving technique. Given how supportive and optimistic she was training was always enjoyable and felt relaxed. I also understood what it means having good instructor who knows about freediving more than required in curriculum and knows how to trouble shoot and overcome my problems. needless to say I got hooked on sport partially because of experience with Emily, and FreediveNusa.
I have been on manta trip with Artur who was also instructor at the time and he ws very good during the trip too.
and can iIt has been a week since I came back from raja Ampat trip organised by Kiriil and Jan at FreediveNusa
Just wanted to thank from a bottom of my heart for a great training on the line, priceless advice and looking after me during fun dives. mainly thanks to Kirill's knowledge and ability to trouble shoot and advise in a comfortable understandable relaxed manner I did progress in my skill level which makes me very very happy.
Morning Yoga and specific to freediving stretching was great i!
Also trip was planed in a such a way that we have managed to see beautiful locations and amazing underwater world of Raja Ampat which left me with life long memories.
