Everything about the Wave 1 course was great: the facilities, the equipment and especially our instructor, Gaston. He was incredibly skilled at teaching new freedivers. He explained everything very clearly, made us all feel at ease, and made sure that each one of us got the support they needed to progress. I can't recommend him highly enough! Thanks again for these amazing 3 days!

Both the accommodation and yoga were great too. The hotel was just around the corner, had a pool and served good breakfast. So, I was very happy with booking the package. So far definitely a 5-star-plus experience.

Unfortunately, my trip ended with a disappointment, because the manta trip was a 1-star experience. After 3 days of an amazing course, I was looking forward to a fun freediving session with mantas. However, I was simply dropped off at the harbour and told to join a snorkeling boat from another operator that did not cater to freedivers and simply stuffed their boat as full as possible (20 people). At each snorkelling spot we were rushed into the water and had to get out after just a few minutes. Certainly not relaxed enough to freedive.

My conclusion: definitely go to Freedive Nusa for any course and trip that they organize themselves, but stay away from trips that a third party runs for them (that is, if they tell you beforehand, they did not in my case). скрыть

The course was a challenging but rewarding experience & the whole lead up, communication and course material emails were thorough and clear.

I was able to borrow all gear, it was well organised, I stayed just an 8minute walk away and the boat was literally across the road from the centre, plenty of places to eat near by.

As someone who had never free dived before, I was initially hesitant to join, but I am now excited to continue diving in the future.

Kiril, our guide, curated an incredible experience for us. He took us to all the best dive spots and always knew where to find the most amazing animals. We swam through trenches, drifted in currents that made me feel weightless, and encountered magnificent coral reefs at every turn. We had the privilege of diving with manta rays, turtles, sharks, and even spotted dolphins from the boat.

Kiril was an exceptional teacher and provided beginners like myself with the fundamental skills necessary to free dive safely. Throughout the entire trip, he ensured our safety and comfort, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

Overall, I cannot recommend FreeDive Nusa and Kiril enough. This trip was truly unforgettable, and I cannot wait to dive with them again in the future. I will definitely be doing the Level 1 course soon. Thank you for an incredible experience! скрыть

Eventough the conditions were very rough (they told us they had not been like that for months) we had an amazing trip with them. We were 8 people and 4 instructors who went into the water with us, so we felt very safe the whole time. We also got wetsuits and went to places where not all the tourists are going (except for Manta bay but that was because of the rough conditions). Definitely recommend it! скрыть
